Alrighty, you’ll need…
1/2 cup The Collective Plant Dairy-Free Probiotic Yoghurt (your flavour pick!)
1/2 cup fresh berries
2 Tbsp nuts
2 Tbsp muesli or dry wholegrain oats
1-2 Tbsp seeds (e.g. sunflower, pumpkin)
